This course includes all skills required to become a Mobile Device iOS Technician (ACiT).
The course is a mixture of leader-led theory and extensive practical tasks, including separating the latest Apple iOS devices.

- iOs Devices
iPhone Overview:
Discovering the controls and navigation of an iPhone interface, iPad Overview, the iPad interface, Touch ID features and related Apple specific iOS device features and components.iOS Features
iOS Overview:
Exploring key features and troubleshooting iOS Phone, FaceTime, iMessage. As well as setting up iOS Mail mailboxes, iOS alerts/notifications through the control and notification Centre. Configuration of features to suit the user, iOS security, passcodes, encryption, privacy settings, wallet app and restrictions.iOS Services:
Complete Apple ID overview including creating and managing Apple IDs, iCloud features, syncing content, iCloud Drive, iCloud Photos, Find My iPhone, family sharing and continuity. This section will also cover common Apple services that use iCloud storage feature, as well as explain best practices to manage iCloud storage.iOS Care:
Device setup and activation process inclusive of iOS configuration, iTunes and iCloud to backups to a mobile device. Diagnosing battery-related issues with iPhones and iPads, optimizing iOS usage.Servicing iOS Devices:
Learning how to use official Apple documentation, approved tools and appropriate service strategies to safely repair iOS Devices. Discovering how to identify specialized tools, fixtures or procedures required to service the iPhone 5 and iPhone 6 range.Service Lab Participation
You will participate in dismantling and re-assembling the most common iPhone models are in need of repair.Course Duration & Award
