The Apple MacBook Pro "M4 Pro" 14-Core CPU/20-Core GPU 14-Inch (2024) model features an Apple M4 Pro processor with fourteen CPU cores (10 performance cores and 4 efficiency cores), a 20-core GPU, a 16-core Neural Engine, 24 GB of "unified" onboard RAM, and a 512 GB onboard SSD. Both the RAM and SSD can be custom configured with higher-capacity options at the time of initial system purchase, but cannot be upgraded subsequently.

Offered in Silver and "Space Black", this notebook has an integrated 12-megapixel "Center Stage" camera, a high-fidelity six-speaker sound system with force-cancelling woofers, a backlit "Magic Keyboard" with a "Touch ID" sensor, and a large "Force Touch" trackpad.

Compared to its predecessor, this 14-inch "2024" MacBook Pro model is similar in many respects, but features a faster M4 Pro processor and graphics architecture, a 14-core CPU and 20-core GPU configuration, improved camera performance, faster Thunderbolt 5 connectivity, enhanced battery life, and an optional nano-texture display available at additional cost.
