    -Agreed Terms of Sale

    Minko’s Macs provides a 14-Day Non-Consumable Warranty unless otherwise stated on your invoice. This warranty excludes consumable items such as batteries, CD/DVD drives, hard drives, trackpads, keyboards, and mice, as these are subject to wear and tear from personal usage. The warranty will be void if the item(s) are opened or repaired by another company/technician, if warranty seals have been tampered with, or if the item(s) are subjected to neglect, including liquid damage or exposure to smoke.  


    The warranty covers internal components such as motherboards, USB/Headphone/Display/Ethernet/Thunderbolt/FireWire ports, speakers, LCDs, graphic cards, cameras, fans, power supply units, Wi-Fi cards/aerials, RAM memory, and slots. No warranty or support is provided for software, and Minko’s Macs are not liable for any technical advice or issues arising from incompatibilities between software systems and additional hardware/software.  We do not issue cash or card refunds under any circumstances. Within the warranty period, exchanges (limited to one) or a credit note equal to the purchase value may be offered for non-consumable items, provided the item is returned in the same condition as when sold, unless a fault has developed. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if the remaining balance is not paid within 28 days. Items left in-store for more than 28 days with an outstanding balance will be seized to recover costs. Seized items are stored off-site and may be recovered through our Seized Recovery Scheme, subject to additional charges.  Please note, online orders or specific requests may take 5–7 working days for delivery or in-store availability. Only written and signed agreements are binding, as verbal agreements are considered non-binding and will not be recognised or prioritised. 

    Payment will seal this agreement confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and agree to the storage of your details for contact regarding this transaction. We may also send you promotional offers. You can opt out at any time. Minko’s Macs is here to assist you in finding the best-suited items for your needs to ensure your satisfaction.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: The terms as stated above apply to any Extended Warranty purchased online or in-store.

    The computers, laptops and devices listed are base specifications. Please note that the specifications may vary due to availability. Any alternatives provided will always be above the listed specification (an upgrade), with documentation to reflect this.


    TERMS OF REPAIR

    • Please ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date, as it is vital to enable confirmation of repair if needed, updates and notification of completion. 


    • A £60 diagnostic fee applies to all repairs and services, which is waived if the repair is confirmed to be completed in-store. If you choose not to proceed after diagnosis, this fee remains payable.  


    • Initial quotes are based on an assessment informed by customer-provided details. Further diagnostics may result in a revised prognosis and service cost. In such cases, we will contact you by telephone, whats app, text or email for approval before proceeding. Please back up all files before your repair or service, as we accept no liability for data loss. Hard drive backups are available upon request for an additional charge.  


    • Our No Fix, No Fee policy applies if we are unable to complete a repair after an agreed service attempt. In such cases, your item will be returned in the same condition as received. Repairs typically take 5–7 working days, and all deposits are non-refundable.  


    • We provide a 90-day repair guarantee on new parts and complete logic board replacements. This guarantee is void if used parts are agreed to be installed, the item is opened or repaired outside of Minko’s Macs, or warranty seals are removed. Repairs for liquid damage, devices over five years old, and pre-owned parts or motherboard repairs, carry no guarantee. We are also not liable for faults arising after service due to previous damage, neglect, smoke exposure, or prior unsuccessful repairs by third parties.  Please note our guarantee is limited to hardware only, software is not included.


    • Items left in-store for more than 28 days will be seized to recover costs related to diagnostics, labour, and parts. Seized items are stored off-site until disposal or cost recovery. Our Seized Recovery Scheme may allow recovery for an additional charge, but after 28 days, we cannot accept responsibility or investigate item whereabouts.  


    • Payment of any diagnosis or service seals this agreement and confirms you have read and understood our terms and agree to the storage of your details for contact regarding this transaction. Verbal agreements are non-binding and will not be recognised or prioritised.  We may also send you promotional offers. You can opt out at any time.


    -Cancellations
    We advise that you contact our team to assist you with finding the right computer for your needs, as we
    do not accept order cancellations.
