Model A2437 (EMC 8177) is the worldwide cellular version and supports 5G sub-6 GHz, but does not support 5G mmWave. It supports 5G NR bands n1, n2, n3, n5, n7, n8, n12, n14, n20, n25, n26, n28, n29, n30, n38, n40, n41, n48, n66, n70, n71, n77, n78, n79. It also supports Gigabit LTE, Wi-Fi calling, GPS/GNSS, and eSIM. The Wi-Fi + Cellular model has a nano-SIM tray plus eSIM. Apple lists A2437 as the standard Wi-Fi + Cellular model.

It features a 12.9-inch Liquid Retina XDR fully laminated mini-LED display with 2732 × 2048 resolution (264 ppi), 600 nits SDR brightness, 1,000 nits full-screen XDR brightness, and 1,600 nits peak HDR brightness. The display supports ProMotion up to 120Hz, Wide Color (P3), True Tone, an antireflective coating, and a fingerprint-resistant oleophobic coating.
