Go to checkout and choose Klarna if it is offered.
Review the payment terms and complete the steps shown by Klarna. Keep your order confirmation.

What if Klarna is not offered?

You can choose another available payment method. Klarna is not available for business-to-business purchases or gift certificates. Contact us if you need help choosing the correct checkout route for your purchase.

Orders, delivery and returns

Minko’s Macs handles your product, delivery, warranty and return enquiries. Please include your order reference when you contact us, or call 020 8127 3730. Read our current terms, warranty and returns policy before ordering. Your statutory consumer rights apply regardless of the payment method.

Klarna payments and refunds

Use your Klarna account or the Klarna app to view your payment details and get help with a payment. For a return, contact Minko’s Macs first so we can confirm the return arrangements. We process any refund due through the original payment method. Check your Klarna account for the resulting payment update; a return request alone does not confirm that a refund has completed.
