Mac and desktop data recovery for devices from 2006 to 2015. Starting price: £180.

Suitable for MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac, Mac mini and Mac Pro. We assess non-powering devices, failed HDDs and SSDs, corrupted storage, deleted files, startup faults, physical damage and liquid damage.

If the device has incurred liquid or water damage, select Yes below. The starting price increases by 50% to £270 because safe disassembly, contamination assessment, board cleaning and component-level investigation may be required.

The listed price covers data-recovery work only. The final price can increase after diagnosis depending on the fault, storage health, encryption, damage, parts and technician time. Recovered data is supplied on an external HDD or SSD charged separately according to capacity.

An £80 in-depth diagnostic assessment applies to complex or non-powering devices. It is credited toward approved data recovery or repair. If recovery is unsuccessful, the device is not repairable, or you do not continue, the £80 remains payable for the assessment already completed.

Minko’s Macs can also repair the original device where practical, so you may choose recovery only or approve a repair intended to return both your files and a working device. London drop-off and UK postal intake are available. Contact us before posting.
