How the service works

2. Test the charging system so a port, adapter or board fault is not mistaken for a battery problem
3. Power down and electrically isolate the device
4. Remove the old battery using the correct controlled procedure
5. Fit the tested replacement, reassemble and retest charging, temperature and key functions

Turnaround: Normal turnaround is 5–7 working days after check-in. Parts availability, additional faults or customer approval can extend this; we will contact you before carrying out extra paid work.

One-year warranty

The fitted replacement part or completed component repair, together with its related workmanship, carries a one-year warranty. Accidental or impact damage, consumable wear and unrelated faults are excluded. If inspection finds liquid damage, repair work to an existing liquid-affected component has no warranty because corrosion can continue; any new replacement part we fit still carries its one-year warranty. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
