How the repair works

1. We confirm the iPhone model and record its cosmetic and functional condition.
2. Battery Health, charging and key phone functions are checked before the repair.
3. The iPhone is powered down, the display is opened safely and the battery is disconnected.
4. The old adhesive and battery are removed, and the tested replacement battery and fresh seals are fitted.
5. The phone is reassembled and charging, temperature and key functions are retested.

Normal turnaround: 5–7 working days after check-in. We will contact you before any additional paid work.

One-year warranty

The fitted replacement part and its related workmanship carry a one-year warranty. Accidental or impact damage, later liquid exposure, continuing corrosion and unrelated faults are excluded. If we repair an existing liquid-damaged component rather than replace it, that repair to the existing component has no warranty; any new replacement part that we fit still carries its one-year warranty. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Frequently asked questions

Will the repair erase my data?
A battery replacement does not ordinarily require erasing the phone, but you should maintain a current backup before any repair.

Will Battery Health appear normally?
Battery information may appear in Parts and Service History. Depending on the replacement route, iOS may show an Unknown Part message or limited battery information. We do not promise a particular Parts and Service History presentation.

Will the original water resistance be restored?
We fit a fresh display seal where required, but the original factory IP rating cannot be guaranteed after the phone has been opened.

Will a new battery fix an iPhone that will not switch on?
Only when the battery is the cause. Charging-port, display, logic-board and liquid faults may require diagnosis.

Can I buy the battery by itself?
No. This is a complete fitted repair with parts, labour and testing.
