Turnaround: Built-to-order systems are normally completed after the final specification and component availability have been confirmed. Straightforward builds can often be completed within 24–48 working hours after all required components are available, but component availability, custom builds, testing requirements or additional work can extend this. We will explain the expected timescale before proceeding.
Service assurance
We stand behind the assembly and configuration work completed by Minko’s Macs. If a problem occurs that is connected with our build or installation work, we will review it and advise on the appropriate next step.
Individual hardware components remain subject to the manufacturer's or supplier's applicable warranty. New hardware faults, accidental damage, liquid damage, third-party modifications, later software changes, malware, overclocking or unrelated problems are not automatically treated as faults with the original build service. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

£800 is the current starting price for a built-to-order gaming machine.
